Examining these items you can develop a strategy for managing your day rather than having your day manage you. Ideal managing is from 9 am to 5 pm, not 5 am to 9 pm. Consider that your time an investment, and make sure you are getting adequate returns on it. The hardest part is starting. Once you have started, it is easier to move forward.
